When a vehicle is leased, as per the Retail Lease Agreement, proof of valid insurance is needed throughout the lease term. Not all insurance companies or brokers provide us with proof of renewal or when there is a change with the insurance carrier. Unfortunately, in those cases, we must reach out to our leased customer directly to get proof of insurance or renewal. As the Lessor, we may contact you either by phone, email or mail to collect proof of insurance so we can update your account with the most updated insurance coverage information.
